  • For all Pre order items, The Due date we provide is always an Estimate, We Can Not guarantee Times, Due to shipping times, Customs Ect. 
  • Pre order Orders are Final, No Refunds will be given due to delays out of our control OR Change of mind.  
  • We do everything to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner.
  • However we are not liable for any Delays in delivery, loss or damage incurred as a result of delay, or delays by Our Courier or any other delay caused by providing an incorrect delivery address.
  • In the unlikely Event your Order goes missing/ and or Stolen, We are not Liable once your order Leaves our Warehouse. Please follow up with Australia Post for Compensation.
